Love this store ever since I moved to Mesquite I come here everybody very helpful except for 1 person that works in costumer service is very rude and has a very short temper I didn't want to write a bad review but it's the 2nd time she does the same thing basically lie to not work or do her job I asked her can you help me recover a receipt,which I do atleast once a month since I loose them for my

I often have to come by to get supplies for my job. Checkout is smooth, never an issue. Just annoying that sometimes the item is not in stock or the aisle is blocked. I am not a fan of the local Lowes, so I am willing to wait. Most of the time I just want to get in and get out

DO NOT BUY A REFRIGERATOR FROM HERE. I bought one 2 years ago and it already went out. Paid the $300 warranty and I’m going on two weeks without a fridge. Beginning of the week it went out. They told me to unplug for 24 hours. Nothing. They said someone would come Friday. No show. Now I I had to wait all weekend. Monday they said parts will be coming Wednesday and someone will be out Thursday. Now

ONLY GO WHEN NECESSARY! EXPENSIVE! CHEAP MATERIALS! RUDE STAFF! ALWAYS BUSY! Home Depot has totally deteriorated over the years. Once a grand concept, stocked with materials which were of quality, we have now come to a overly commercialized, mess! This location is always busy (like a Super Walmart). Went there to buy an extension cord. I had to find an employee to guide me in the right direction as I didn’t want to walk through the whole store looking for what I needed. The employee was helpful. I just wish the Home Depot would have more cashiers open with actual employees as opposed to so many self checkout lines.

Update on 2/26/2026:
This Home Depot location is extremely cluttered. The aisles are packed with pallets and extra merchandise, and it makes it really hard to move around or even reach what you came in for. It honestly feels more like trying to walk through a warehouse than a store that is set up for customers.
The customer service was also disappointing. The employees seemed busy with everything
