I had a great experience at Home Depot. One of the employees helped me find the grass seed I needed quickly and easily. They were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Pro desk is absolutely incompetent here. No one wants to fix an on going issue. Real nice when they want to set up your account but other than that day in and day out we have problems. They run our cards over and over until we get a fraud hold on our account. I have called to try and resolve it many times. The last time I was told, after this Black Friday meeting you are my first call. lol. Ya nev

I placed an order online, the order was processed and was to delivered the next day. The next day came and I received notification of my items being out for delivery, however 10 minutes later it stated that items could not be delivered. I was in Saturday 10/20/25 in the morning.. I had a terrible experience recently in the garden department. The cashier had a terrible attitude and gave no effort to provide good service. He was on his phone the entire time, didn’t greet me, and didn’t offer any help during checkout. It felt like I was interrupting him rather than being helped as a customer. Ordered Shed and Installation online in November. After 3 weeks Shed was lost during delivery. Home Depot did not know it. I had to call and let them know. Requested refund due to non-delivery. Refund still has not been made. They only refunded the installation fee. What a scam
