I’ve been a contractor for 20 years and go to Home Depot all the time. This was my best experience ever. I’m not from around here and the people here are lucky to have such a wonderful staff. They loaded me up, all I did was pay. Thank you so much, you should all get raises.

It’s the regular Home Depot. A nice couple of ladies employees walked up and asked me if I needed help; that is one thing that’s never happened for me personally at any other location. Thank you for that.

My husband and I regularly shop at the Lufkin HD. I am sad to write this review as I will have to relive my experience there this evening. My brother sent me a sku of a refrigerator he purchased today at the College Station location. I provided the documentation to Charles the employee on duty. While not calling me a liar or my brother a schemer, he all but did! There were several customers in

Drove 45 minutes in to Lufkin to Home Depot to buy a trailer. I saw 8 or so in the parking lot and took a picture of the tag to customer service to buy one. I was told "Nope we aren't selling those." Seems odd that a store would hold $20,000 or so of trailers with tags and prices on them and not want to sell them to customers. Must be a new business practice holding on to expensive merchandise and

If you are wanting to buy appliances at this Home Depot, do yourself a favor and ask for Liyah! We had fun shopping with her. She was patient, kind, and informative. My husband and I came earlier in the week, and decided not to buy at that time, because we were put off by the service we received that day. We decided to wait until today, and we are so glad we did. My poor mother, whoever the blonde service desk lady was who gave her an ugly face please find yourself a job you can tolerate “ ugh this isn’t check out, I guess I’ll get you over “ is just outrageous, we chose to go to Home Depot and because of it we get treated like this ? Respect your elders. Old management would’ve corrected that behavior from the start.

At the Lufkin, Texas location, the employees are very rude to help Black American male... and I get this type of treatment all the time I come into Lufkin location... that's why I go to Lowe's or Mc Coy... need better people skills at yhe Lufkin location...

There are employees all around the store who will help you and don't be afraid to ask them Because they don't know you need help unless you tell them.
If you were in the lumber or the garden section, there usually are not employees staffed in those areas all the time.
They can and will cut lumber for you, just need to tell someone.
