Poor in-store return experience. Long time customer punished because of the shabby folks that steal from them, I guess. Can’t even do a return with a receipt without extended wait for manager. 10 minutes and waiting… Von finally showed up. Clean, new condition - just got denied on return with receipt.

Just had the worst experience at this location. Went to get hdx paper towel that was on clearance.It is out of stock so I turn around to get out of the store. Called my husband to pick me up at the door, as we drove out the parking lot then there two cop cars stopped us. Asking us what where we doing in home Depot? Why are you in and out in a hurry? Mine you it's 8pm, my toddler in the car already

I just had to come here and leave a review for the location on 50th St. My past two visits to this store have been phenomenal. About 2 months ago, I came in and a very young lady approached me and she helped me brainstorm a fence project I was trying to figure out.
