I had ordered a tool set from Milwaukee. When I opened it up and tested everything, the battery charger was not working properly. I boxed everything up and took it to the Longview, Home Depot, fully expecting them to say that it was a Christmas sale item and all they can do is give me my money back.

If you order appliances from here, don’t expect them to be delivered on the delivery date.
We ordered a dishwasher, and they called at the very end of the delivery time window and canceled to put it on another day. Then, we ordered a washer and dryer, and the same thing happened again.

Placed an order for air conditioner filters and then waited a hour for them to bring them out. Had to call the store to get them to bring them to me. Hence the 3 stars rating. Usually get very good service so I was disappointed this time around.
