I just want say Thank you to a great manager that step in to assist with line at garden area. Cashier was left alone and had trouble with pricing of several plants a customer had and I thought the person that was there (manager) hispanic curly hair lady with glasses and blk pants. Was going have coverage instead she shut down a registered with no additional help. Assumed she was gonna assist with

I would give zero stars if that were possible. This store is completely useless.
I went in to rent a thermal camera, and the employee assisting me was more focused on scrolling through her phone than helping a customer. Every question I asked was met with “I don’t know” or “I can’t help.” She seemed visibly bothered by even basic inquiries.

Seems like they’re more focused on preventing theft than customer service. Was looking for a tool (tool dept. Is now in a cage) and found what I was looking for, the gentleman who was working in the department wasn’t allowed to leave his register to unlock the $40 item I wanted to purchase. So, I had to scan a QR code which was supposed to summons someone to come help and unlock the cage. All w
