I love this Home Depot location. The customer service is always stellar. As you can see I was able to purchase the correct cut of supplies that were needed to create my lash reclining chair platform base! Perfect cuts. I 10/10 recommend!

This is the worse location. Waited 20 plus minutes and 4 pages to have a board cut for a employee to tell me the person was on lunch. What kind of leadership only schedules one person for lumber? Asked another employee the Mgr on duty name and they didn’t know. Multiple customers needing help in lumber and no one to help!! I’m all for taking a lunch but at least have a backup.

Felishia Johnson was so helpful that I can’t not leave her a 5 star review! She was so nice and offered to help me find all the items that I was looking for. I only wished everybody was that great at customer service. Felicia you went above and beyond and I thank you for that. You are amazing!

I have had nothing but issues with this store 8976 Home Depot the store manager Carmen is never available when issues are escalated. Always in meetings. The front managers Dominic will lie just to get you off the phone or out the store. Customer service answers the phone horribly. Talks aggressively over the phone. Wait hours in store for managers to approach the issue. I lost vendor delivery fee

I was very pleased with my shopping experience today.
When I arrived, I asked for assistance loading my cart and unloading into my truck 15- 50lbs bags of floor leveler. Brian and Alexis didn't disappear or complain. They got me out of there faster than the checkout line took. More employees like these 2 guys are needed in every Home Depot. Thanks again guys.

The staff was a great deal of help. Plenty of associates to assist. Before we could walk in good, one of the associates stopped my Grandmother to ask what she needed and was looking for. When she informed him of what she came to the store for, he directed her to the correct aisle.

Employees never find anything. You must be looking for your everything because they are either talking or simply don’t even know what they sell. Apart from the fact that there is never anything because everything is kept by the employees
