I had a great experience here today when I stopped by on my way to work. It’s a quick jump on and off the highway to stop at this store. There is good signage in the store so it is easy to find what you need. This is not my usual Home Depot store, as it is not close to my house, but it sure is handy when I am out on west 635 and need something from the hardware store.

The usual home and yard care chain store. They do carry some nice looking pots for your indoor ivy or whatever you want to plant. Nice supply of DeWalt items, including their supremely useful phone chargers. The self-check can be very busy with the wait to check out being annoyingly long, but once you're there it goes fast with the point and shoot laser upc readers. Four stars because their garden

No one knows what’s going on at this location. Ordered a grill on a Saturday with assembly as an anniversary gift, estimated delivery was the following Monday. I made sure delivery would be received with a signature only. I received a call on Monday from the store saying they didn’t have it assembled yet as the assembly people come on Wednesday, earliest delivery Thursday. Fine, no problem. Thursd

Disappointed, you rent something and the folks helping you rent a well trained and supportive but when you return you get a button pusher. Asked if there was a grace period and the response was "I only push the orange button". Someone give this man an button for pressing a button. I shop here about once a week and all of the team members are very helpful. This is one of the Better Home Depots, but be advised that they do close an hour earlier through the week than others in the area.

The woman at the customer service (I didn’t get her name) was very helpful, kind, and patient! Mozelle was able to get me in and out within 8 seconds she went out of her way to assist me! Thank you ladies for caring about your customers and making my experience a great one.
P.S Do NOT use the “MINUTE KEY” machine, it does not cut accurately. Use the key machine that requires an employee to operat

Had the best experience just now with the help of Ross, Ansel, and Mike. I was lost trying to find the parts I needed. Ross helped me find where I could find the parts, even though he was already clocked out to go home!! Ansel took over from Ross and helped my find the exact parts I needed!! Then, while checking out, Mike helped me with a bad transaction.
