We purchased a Frigidaire 30 in. 5 burner Stainless Steel Range 02/21/2026. It was delivered on today 02/25/2026 without an electrical cord & we had no way to know that it was operable before delivery guys left. My husband called management in the Huntsville store & was directed to a voicemail of an "Order Specialist". I also spoke with someone named Sharon & she told us that the stoves don't come

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Thank you to the Store Manager of The Home Depot in Hunstville, Texas for hiring Customer Service Agent Allanah Smith. I came in today with a convoluted problem that required Allanah to do some fast research to find the fault and provide a helpful solution for me. I purchased 8 tool sets at the Huntsville store and on the following day, I ordered 3 tool sets (all the same) online

Tracy is awesome: this really cool lady on staff helped me reload my trailer.
However, do not place pick-up orders for lumber. This store will treat you like a sucker and use the chance to offload their worst inventory. Very disappointing.

After shopping at Lowes for so many years, I thought I would give Home Depot a try. I stopped at the one in Huntsville. Only self check out available. Three people watched me have trouble trying to buy paint. They all stood there waiting for some junior worker to show up to help me. I’ll never go back. I wouldn’t recommend it. All the employees are hiding down aisles, talking and texting. No help

Have called many times, many days and no one answers the phone. Finally got customer service today after 6 + minutes of waiting for someone to answer phone. Asked for paint dept and was transferred. No one answered and the phone disconnected!!!! I just called Lowes and they answered on the 1st ring. I know they will appreciate my business.

Worst home depot with most incompetent, careless staff. Warning: THEY DON'T CHECK THEIR RETURNED EQUIPMENT - THEY REPACKAGE BROKEN RETURNED EQUIPMENT AND PUT IT ON THEIR SHELVES AS "NEW." This has caused extreme inconvenience when you pay hundreds of dollars and take home something broken just because of staff oversight. Most the staff are rude and don't care. I won't shop here ever again. Bought

Bought washer/dryer, stackable. Home delivery service (they won't disclose name) basically to deliver it. Took over a week of phone calls and managers to get them installed. Both my wife and I said we would not do this every again (even though thrilled with W/D). If you are going to buy your appliance here, I suggest you add in a delivery service (that you select) and installers, especially if gas
