Terrible location. Came in for 2 moen posi temps. None in stock. Also needed 2 handles for the posi temp. 4 on the shelf. Every single package was cut open and had stuff removed from them. I wont be back

I think this location is pretty awesome. What I dont like is how the ac sales guy is so aggressive with customers. When you have someone doing this it takes away from the other employees authenticity. His engagement is direct and overbearing. Even though this location is closest to me and my business. I visited the store on Monday, 12/15/2025, and was in aisle 7 needing assistance with some tile. The cashier paged for help once, but no one came. My husband then went to ask again and was told the department was short-staffed, which we completely understood.

My family bought our first home near this Home Depot in 2015. When we first moved in, I had several plumbing issues and came to the Garland Home Depot for help. That is when I met Dwight, one of the store’s plumbing associates.

My parents visit this location frequently but always seem to have the same issue. The woman who is in charge of the paint department is never helpful and not to mention the attitude she has when they ask a question.

I’ve generally had good experiences with Home Depot, but my visit today was frustrating and disappointing.
I came from the White Rock location after being told that the Garland store had Silver Gray epoxy in stock. The website also showed that there were two available. When I went to the customer service counter to ask for help, the employee dismissed me and said they were out, directing me back

I have used this location off and on for years but I’ve had multiple bad experiences in this last couple of weeks.
First I went to pick up bags of gravel from the garden section. After looking for it, because it was in stock online, I went to customer service and they stated it was likely on the top. They did everything possible to get us to just leave without them having to pull it down even tho

I went to another Home Depot and they didn’t have a van so the Home Depot that I was at called this location and they told him yes we do have a van.
They can hold it for you.
So then I drive here and I get told that they no longer have a van available.
And they do not hold vans and go complain a customer service.
