This home Depot sucks nobody wants to work. I have been waiting for somebody to show up to help me cut some blinds almost 30 minutes. I went to the customer service 3 times and caught someone walking by to ask for help and I'm still here 45 minutes later. Home Depot needs to do better! This is specifically for Saturday May 23 between 2 and 3pm. I had a pickup order. 15 bags of garden soil. I did it curbside on the app. Well i get there and it says my order is already picked. How? If it requests an Id at pickup. Well I go to customer service. The young man working was extremely nice. He confirmed someone had given the order away. I’m still baffled. how? Months ago, I had some problems with a particular Home Depot contractor due to the incorrect and inconsistent quote. The contractor kept giving me hard time. And I also talk to Home Depot about the situation. Got some help but still no results.

Great experience shopping for Christmas trees! ANGEL was incredibly helpful in finding the prices for the display Christmas trees I was interested in. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and then helped me load them into my car, which I really appreciated!

Ordered a washer online. Paid for the haul away service. The delivery people not only scratched my door and got water everywhere, they left my washer in front of my apartment building instead of hauling it away. Typical. Needed things for a project. HD becoming the complete help yourself store. I don't think corporate takes care of the employees because I don't speak with very many professionals The employees seem to be non existent when you have a question. The ones that have been there longer act as though they are too important or in a hurry to another part of the store "I'll find someone else to help
