The Home Depot in Flower Mound is always reliable. The store is well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable when you need assistance, and checkout is usually quick. Great place for home improvement projects and last-minute supplies.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a very bad experience at this Home Depot location that I feel needs to be shared.
I purchased a Milwaukee tool set from another Home Depot that ended up being used/opened. That store did not have a replacement in stock and told me I could exchange it at this location since I had the original receipt.

False Advertising! If you buy more than 30 bags of hardwood mulch, you get it at bulk pricing - Great! It also says "Free Delivery" - Great! I tried to purchase my 30 bags of mulch online and set up delivery. It added a $79 delivery fee. I could not get it taken off, so I drove up to the store. When I asked the lady at customer service, she laughed and said it's only free delivery for 6 bags. What

This is the closest home Depot near our home , we always go in here to get our supplies. They are well stocked, good spacious home Depot store. The only call out is that I have been to many homedepots across US , where the staff really are proactive in asking if you need help, at this location I haven't felt that happen after multiple visits.

I was self checking out and there was a guy waiting in line. Was in the middle of entering my email but the employee rushed me out rudely to get the line moving, because apparently I have nothing better to do than stand in line at a Home Depot Saturday afternoon for 30 extra seconds. Go back to having employees manning checkout stations if yall want the line to move faster; otherwise let me selfch
