I visited this Home Depot to purchase a few specific items, including a 4x6 piece of wood, propane , and a few other materials. I usually shop here with my boyfriend, but today he sent me in alone and specifically told me to ask employees for help since I’m not familiar with where items are located or exactly what they look like.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and stressful.

When I choose to go to self checkout vs a manned register, I expect to checkout myself. Especially if I tell you no, I don't need help. So why are there 3-4 employees breathing down my neck reaching into my cart telling me what yo scan? And when I clearly set the last item from my cart, out away from my items because I decided I don't want it, why are you reiterating that I didn't scan it? Then re

Is a great place to buy your needs for gardening and so much other work materials, we like to buy are stuff that we need, had little trouble with the cashier, but the manager fix it 👍

Had what I needed, customer service was great!! Francina (cashier) was so helpful! I hurt myself and couldn't carry something she made sure to find someone to help me. I felt as if I'd known her for years!!! Very sweet!

Great new store, Izzy in customer service was super friendly. Brandy in Electrical was very knowledgeable. I did have a few questions for management, and Blake took care of it.

They keep accurate data on what’s in stock, where. I use the app because that’s what the employees do if I ask them, anyways.
Cell service cuts out a bit when entering—maybe consider offering the WiFi password.

The dishwasher was delivered with a crease in the door. I saw the Styrofoam broke a little bit on a couple of corners. But I was really surprised it was damage. It didn't look that bad. All the employees were so kind to me! They were all checking on me & asking if I needed any help. Especially David, he greeted me at the front & helped guide me where I needed to go. Will be returning!
