Home Depot is a reliable choice for home improvement needs. The store is well-organized, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. I recently visited the Carrollton location and was inquiring about shielding my home from bugs via my front door. Thuk was sent over to the door department and was extremely helpful. This was a nice change of pace since the prior weekend I had asked three different associates for help and not one person was able to point me in the right direction.

I looked on the website and couldn't find where a couple products were located, but one of the associates, Donley, was immediately able to tell me their exact aisle and location in the aisle. He was an amazing help and saved me a lot of time. He even was able to help with something completely unrelated and gave me some great advice on how to use my item. Fantasic customer service!

Today I came in to pick up an online order and do a bit of extra shopping. I was greeted and helped by the kindest human beings I have ever met! Mike and Cheryl in the entrance/customer service space went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience imaginable! The prices that ring up don’t match what’s on the shelf. I told the cashier and she said, “no I don’t think so.” Even when I took a picture to the cashier she tried to argue with me and tell me it wasn’t the same product. Zero customer service. Won’t be returning.
