The only reason ui gave it 2 stars was because of how awesome the cashier Miranda was! After her calling thru the intercom some assistance for me twice and me waiting for 30 min for help, she decided to stop her job and help me. Hope this young lady gets a raise cause she went above and beyond, not only for me but for many other customers. All while the rest of the staff was hiding from customers

I went in to pick up an online order, I had a problem with my order and I was helped by Juan Buga. He helped me out with a cancelled order, he fixed it as quick as possible all while being respectful and extremely courteous. He’s a great person and extremely helpful, thanks for everything Juan!!!!!

I always buy appliances in Home Depot. Ive been a member for a long time now.. i never had an experience like i did... Billy from appliances has Very poor customer service, he didn't even bother to help me or even explain to me or even try to figure out the situation i was in with a brand new appliance i had delivered.. since the delivery guys gave me the wrong parts(kit) for the appliance, i was

For me being a pro member and going to alot of Home Depot in Texas . This one by far the worst! Slow ! No ones seems to care to move or help ! Very disappointed in this pro experience. They need help !!!!!! HD help this store!!!

I've got to give kudos to a young man named Polo in the garden center. Upon entering he took the time to ask what I was looking for and he directed me to the exact spot.
Upon check out he asked me if I had found what I was looking for. His attention to customer service is great! To top it off he saw me breaking a sweat and offered me a bottle of water to cool off.
