Sheri made my visit to Home Depot today such a positive experience. She was welcoming, attentive, and proactive in helping me find what I needed. What stood out most was how willing she was to go the extra mile without being asked, she made sure I left confident in my purchase and with all my questions answered. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. I truly appreciate her help.

I was missing one final item for our cookout so I shot down to Home Depot. It was out of stock on the shelves and “Chris” took time to help me find the drip pans that I needed. I just wanted to give a shout out to the exceptional customer service. This really got my weekend started off on a good foot and walking out of Home Depot with a smile on my face!

So I am re-doing our kitchen. Home Depot has been a one stop place to go. We picked out our Refrigerator, Drink Fridge, and even a new Dish washer. That just made the rest of the design fall into place. The lady at the paint area was so helpful. She asked questions I would not have even thought of. I really like this Home Depot. It's as clean as the hardware store can be, and everyone that I have ever interacted with there has been super nice and helpful and informative.
The associates in the paint center are always on top of things, and I've never had to wait very long for paint.
They have a very nice garden center as well.

Please educate your cashiers on price-match policies. I found a paint that was cheaper on Lowe’s and had it price-matched yesterday at another Home Depot location. Went to this location today to get more paint after I ran out, and the cashier was so uneducated, having to call multiple people, which is the whole reason I went to Customer Service vs a regular check out. Always the same thing here… a group of about 5 employees standing around at self-checkout either doing nothing or scanning items for customers… which defeats the entire purpose of self-checkout. That time would be much better spent actually helping customers on the floor or answering the phones.
