We were looking for lumber for a home project when we spotted a piece that was used, but would be perfect. Three employees were busy unloading, but one turned to help us, James. We asked how much for it and after measuring he said we could just have it. He walked to the front of the store with us to clear us. A truly kind gesture and experience at this store in Amarillo. Very nice store. We went to find some skirting boards for the side of our house and we actually found it. Loads of Halloween decorations and other DIY products. Pretty big store so there will definitely be a thing or two. The staff are nice and there’s plenty of car park space. You can rent a u - haul van to move big items to your home for $29 a hour I’m assuming. Otherwise definitely one of the b

I recently purchased appliances and had the pleasure to have Staci Bates assist me! She was very patient and knowledgeable of the appliances, while helping me see what best fits my family needs.
She is amazing and is an asset to Home Depot off SONCY in Amarillo, Texas.

Standard Home Depot experience. I usually go to the other store in town as this one is a bit far from me. Most of the stock is the same, seems like stuff sits longer here as there is often more dust on some items. Workers are friendly and helpful.

This store has went downhill since Amanda Harris became manager, waiting 30 minutes at the paint counter, 4 ladies at customer service desk, I asked them for help, they said they was paging someone. No one came, so after 30 minutes, decided to go to Lowe’s.

Went to the store on Georgia to buy some trim for our church because they were on clearance but they didn't have enough so they told me that the store on Soncy. So we went to the store on Soncy but they haven't changed the price to the clearance even though the system said that they were supposed to be on clearance. So we talked to the store manager name Amanda Harris to see if she can price match

Incredibly friendly dock staff, plenty of space to back, and got me in and out of a door pretty quick. Really enjoyable experience despite the flood of trucks and lack of help they had.
