If I could give 0 stars, I would- Absolutely terrible customer service- placed a large order 24 hours before the pickup and proceeded to be directed to the pro desk and from there, waited for over 30 minutes until someone could find Grey, the “pro” that was supposed to help fulfill the rest of the order. All she did was tell us our order would “hopefully be ready soon”. We waited under the canopy

I am a woman in her 70's living on social security and ordered a bed frame and mattress to surprise my great grand daughter on 1/20/26 and went to the store so I could have it delivered on a certain date purchased the items and thought was done. Went here so much that I ended up just getting a credit card with them. Convenient for most popular projects, however, if you need a specific part, they most likely wont have it in store. they have options to order online.

Appliance Specialist Wanda was very helpful and knowledgeable during my purchase today. She welcomed me to her department and patiently explained the sales, product and and purchasing options. Ordered two items. Day delivery. Text popped up saying item was delivered while I’m literally at my door. Drive down my street and nothing to be found. Called about it and said would refund. Called back to verify it was going to be refunded. As they had 3 other wrong deliveries to process and he was working on it. 3rd party drivers need to be vetted a lot closer. Carla & Karen what wonderful service they provided. Friendly and knowledgeable. Also the evening before I bought quite a bit of paint and the guy who mixed the paint was very busy and professional along with Luis who carried out my paint & supplies and made sure they were secure. Thank you to a great team. This will be the Home Depot I will always go to.

Attitude needs to change especially when you are spending 1000s of dollars. Meet the customers half way. When buying bins, they had us bring all of the bins to them to scan and they can see it. Instead of just scanning one and going with us to make sure the right amount is taken.
