First moved in, things kept breaking & had to put in multiple maintenance orders. Throughout my 2 year stay here, they got bought out by a different managing company & started adding more bills & addendums to the lease agreement AFTER you already signed it without asking for further consent from you. Told us they would start charging for utilities, valet trash, towing, gate tags, etc. Went to move

The apartment complex was okay overall, but there were several ongoing issues. There was a persistent bug problem that was frustrating to deal with, and my key/fob frequently stopped working, which was inconvenient. I am going into my second year living at The Grove, and I love it! The staff are so welcoming and really get to know you. I love the facilities, and they are always kept very clean and well-maintained. Work orders are fixed in a timely manner, but I haven't had any major issues with things. It's only about a mile from the university, so it's perfect for a student. The rent rates are very reasonabl

DO NOT MOVE IN. I was pleased with the place at first but have grown to be very unhappy. First off, the front desk people are rude and unhelpful, don’t think they won’t give you attitude because they will (and this is coming from more than one source ). My daughter lives there, the grove just lowered the lease renewal rate by $50. But since she had just renewed before the discount, they won't allow her to recieved the new lower rate. Anyone can break in to steal there are no cameras, the gate doesn't work and they don't have security. My daughter was the victim of a robbery of her car with the loss of cell phones and personal belongings with a value of more than 3000 dlls and they did not even try to fix the gate or solve the insecurity. The secretaries don't want to do anything for you, they just get money from the rent. not
