We wanted to say how much we appreciated the amazing customer service we received from RJ and Chloe on the purchase of our new Whirlpool dishwasher. We were without a dishwasher and with Thanksgiving fast approaching we were hoping to have our new dishwasher installed before the holiday. After 27 years, my wife and I were finally able to do a home makeover. As far as appliances go, we canvassed a lot of the major retailers and compared brands and prices. We were overwhelmed with all the selections and options available. After exhausting our time reviewing online and name brand stores, we ended up visiting Gold Star Distributors in Richardson. This should have been our first stop.

Gold Star was a white-glove experience from beginning to end. It truly felt like my best friend was helping me find my stove. The customer service is nothing I’ve ever experienced! I will never go back to a big box store for my appliances again. The team at Gold Star, my family and I thank you!

I would like to give ZERO STARS. My family and I have used Gold Star 3 times for appliances in DFW. During this kitchen remodel, I visited several times to determine what I needed and having great success with GE products, I wanted to determine if moving from Profile to Cafe was worth it, so visited several times (4) over a one month period.

Wow what an easy experience. We walked in, no pressure sales, picked out our 2 appliances, had our questions answered, and they were able to get our order in a few days because they had what I wanted (Cafe fridge and dish washer) in stock so we pulled the trigger.
