Let me first share that the upfront process with the Heltzel family was professional and pleasant. The floor installation and final results were not. The installers left our home before the job was completed. They left us with tape and glue on the floors, floor moulding that was haphazardly removed and put back on with the wrong supplies (which required us to repair and paint ourselves) and jus

We are very happy with our new bathroom! The Floor Barn did a great job, they were punctual, cordial and very knowledgeable. All our concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
