Estube de visita con familiares conpartiendo enla piscina y se me hiso muy Mal y no higienico estar fumando enla piscina ademas que hay niños serca y no saben si padesen de alguna condicion respecto al cigarro no creo que la picina sea el lugar correcto para fumar y serca delos niños ustedes jusguen por si solos el video

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Marquisa and Antonia, they’ve been absolutely amazing throughout the whole leasing process! From the start, they were so kind, patient, and I had some issues with my application, but they have been really understanding and flexible with me. They really took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions (no matter how many I had!).

Looking for a new 2bed 2 bath apartment. Came here for a tour - bad experience… thought it was a bit odd for the lady to just hand us the keys to walk the unit alone, but whatever, no problem. The outside is beautiful! However, when walking the AVAILABLE NOW apartment we noticed the cabinets were rotting on the inside. The bathroom cabinets were gross. There was hair and other small pieces of junk

I’ll just mention again for the second time in less than a year that this place is infested with spiders. You can’t walk out the door with out seeing a wall full or walk down the stairs without walking through the webs. I moved to this community more than a year! They have strong maintenance team and attend any request at the same day! I just want to Thanks management team for having routine and system in place. Thank you

As a long time resident here I have nothing but awesome things to say about Garrett and his team.
David the maintenance manager is the MVP and is always doing such a phenomenal job taking care of the property and peopke who live here! He is the best!!!!

My husband and I moved into these apartments in 2021 because my mom was living here and she had unfortunately hurt herself walking to her car one morning. We never expected to live in an apartment complex, but we did know that we wanted to live a life of convenience (close to Downtown RR, stores, the Outlet Mall, etc.), and The Falls was the perfect place for us to call home.

Loved living here! Lived at The Falls for 3 years. Great value for current housing market. Loved the amenities (the swings & the gym were my faves), the staff were always friendly and respectfully familiar, and the team was always working on keeping the place updated and clean.
