My husband and I ordered wood look tile floors at the fist part of December, after purchasing we were informed it would take 45 days before they could be installed. Despite this inconvenience our overall experience was great. Brandi the sales agent was amazing and took great care of us. The installation team was incredible. First stop and only stop. Brandi was so helpful and let us take all the time we needed to select the carpet we wanted. Later that week after the rooms were measured we received prices from her by email. Next week we went back and actually changed our minds on the carpet we wanted and she figured up the total and we went with it. The installer Danny was awesome. He and his helper were very careful

The guys called before showing up, got to the house before me and were extremely patient! They came in, they were super nice and polite. They got the job done quickly and very efficiently! Now my living room looks amazing and ready for move in!!

I’m am so happy I got to work with Brandi she was so nice and helpful. She explained all the different floors I asked about and helped us choose the right one for us. We had flooring put in the bedrooms and they did an excellent job. I enjoyed working with Paul Evans they are very professional and helpful. I look forward to doing more projects with them in the future.

The Shop did a great job of laying out the counter top so everything lined up very nicely. The installation team arrived right on time. They did a great job of removal of the previous counter top. They installed the new granite tops, cleaned everything up and completed the job about an hour early. They did a good job of reducing the dust and stayed focused on the job at hand. Floors turned out beautiful! Brandi was very attentive and communicative. The process of selecting and ordering was seamless. Diego and Joel did a professional install with super quick turnaround! I'm very pleased with the outcome. They did leave the washer leaking and the dryer unattached but the floor itself looks great from edge to edge.

Met with Daniel Tarango at Paul Evans carpet and he was very helpful to what we was wanting. We made are purchase and the 2 men that came over Danny & didn't get other man's name was very professional and done fantastic job of installing our carpet. Already plan on going back in a week to purchase more to do 2 other rooms.

Searched website and Facebook for hours of operation and could not find it. Have no understanding of why the hours of operation would not be easily accessible.
Drove to the Odessa location arrived at 11:45. Graphic on door says, open from 9:00 to 2:00 on Saturday. Locked up no note.
Guess they might have closed.
A sad response. Absolutely nothing in it is true. I was at your Odessa location
