An A+ business. They were on time and communicated well. Before starting work they measure the area that is actually going to be cleaned, and then give you a price based on that. In our case I had them clean just open, traffic areas without having furniture moved. You can opt out if the price isn’t right for you. Very fair price. The carpet looks great.

We recently had Carpet Master out to clean our Air Ducts. Son & Father team very professional, informed us what they would be doing and price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them. Great people.

I used Carpet Master for two jobs. First one was cleaning the AC/Heating vents, which had never been done in a house built in 1970. I was so tired of all the dust. They got the job done and now like new vents with no build up. Next job was professional cleaning of ceramic tiles in most of the house. Tile looks brand new. We have used Carpet Master twice now and we were really happy with them. They work quick but thorough. The pricing is fair and they were able to come within a week after our initial call.

Extremely efficient, great value, friendly, and the icing on the cake was that the carpets looked fabulous after a years worth of pet traffic! Will be using them every time Carpets need refreshed. Will add the odor removal added service was well worth the money, also.

If you need your carpets cleaned I highly recommend this company. Professional and dependable. There aren’t many family companies around like this anymore. Besides being affordable the work is remarkable. Some stains had been sitting for 3 years. They are now clean. If you want a reference check with me. First off, I want to say, Jared was very friendly and respectful. He was prompt and professional. He measured the spaces we wanted cleaned and gave a quote, which we certainly accepted.
