I just moved HOME! The staff is so welcoming and make you feel like you made the right choice! I had so many questions, and they walked me hrough every single one of them. Brianna was the best! Her smile and patience was so inviting. The grounds are exceptionally clean. I looked around a lot before deciding to stay here. The pricing is right on point.

I recently went on a tour with Breanna, and she made the whole experience easy and welcoming. She answered every question clearly, took her time walking me through the property, and even checked in again when I stopped by later. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a great impression. If you’re visiting The Caldwell, you’ll be in good hands with her!

Moving in was genuinely a breeze. The transition has been smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than I expected. The office team has been nothing short of amazing—always helpful, always welcoming, and always on top of things.
A special shoutout to Bri, who is an absolute star. She’s friendly, attentive, and made the whole process feel effortless. Couldn’t be happier with the experience so far!

The staff has been so friendly, the move in process was straight forward, and they even offer a preferred employee’s discount! I live in the same building as two police officers and have 0 noise issues so far. The amenities are well kept, especially the pickleball court haha. After three months of research, I can’t think of a nicer place to be in the Seguin area!

It has been a FANTASTIC experience since I first met Lela and decided to live at The Caldwell! She has been so patient in assisting me with the apartment procedures and answering my questions. Lela’s diligence ensured I would be moving in on my schedule.

I just moved in so I can’t leave a detailed review about all amenities yet but they look great! And the staff is awesome, helpful and gracious! And I love the floor plans and design and construction of the apartment units!

So far my experience has been great. The front office is amazing. And the residents are friendly and respectful. I made a good decision moving into the Caldwell community.

I have been living here for almost 2 weeks and I LOVE it. I hardly want to leave my apartment due to space and the amenities. I love the pool, my dog loves the pet spa and dog park, and the gym is the best! Brianna and Georgia have made the move in process a breeze. They have also been very attentive and informative to any questions I may have. I highly recommend living here.
