Hate I moved here after all. A “PAINT OVER IT “ culture. Would be easy to hire better cleaning crew.Just keeps going downhill. Definitely unfairness, some tenants can get away with things on patio while others can not. My goodness ground keeping can be a lot better. Staff in office is decent could be a lot better . Once the job is completed with replacing the water heater the maintenance just left without cleaning up or securing the area for the water heater.

When I lived there back in 2016 it was a bad place. Found crystal meth/crack & a crack pipe on top of my kitchen cabinets! Had a terrible black mold issue in the ac unit and FIRE ants in my apartment! Plus we had a convicted felon drug dealer living in building across from us! The. They had to evacuate an entire building because of a serious bedbug problem! Not to mention the 4 times my truck was

Don’t bother living here if you value your space.
People don’t follow parking rules and park their cars underneath the car ports even without stickers. Spoke to a TON of other residents that complained about the same thing. The office personnel don’t seem to care either since they just allow it to happen.

The Arbors of Euless immediately felt like home. I've had nothing but great experiences since moving in, I was worried about not having an in unit washer and dryer at first but the laundry room amenities are great! Amazing apartments but horrible parking. People with no stickers parking under sheds and nothing gets done about it. Tired of coming home having to park in visitor and walk home after a long day of work after some noob doesn’t even have a sticker parking comfortably under the sheds.Should really enforce towing and make people register to park like other complexes. Not fair to tenants who actually

Great neighborhood, nice spacious floor plans for a good affordable price and maintenance are very attentive to your needs. I definitely recommend living here! But working here, I was treated unfairly and even in front of prospects/residents. Next leasing specialist, I recommend document everything, don’t rely on verbal hands on training so that way you can correct Brittany. Good luck!

I love living here, being approved here was a blessing for me and my children. The management team is awesome as well as the maintenance. I couldn’t ask for a better place to reside, I highly recommend the arbors of Euless apartments to everyone thank you Brittney!
