Our AC tech Thayer sent out went above and beyond! He didn’t just diagnose our issues he even took extra time to explain AC units, the parts, and how to maintain.
I have dealt with other companies that seemed like they just wanted to replace the whole unit rather than fixing the issues we have. Looking to make a sale.

In October 2025, I had $35,970.00 worth of equipment installed by Thayer Air-conditioning, since the new equipment was turned on, my home has been subjected to outrageously high/unhealthy levels of humidity -55% to 61% at which time I shut units off to avoid unhealthy conditions for my family and damaging conditions to my home(Digital Readout from home monitors). Chris Thayer came to my house to scope out the work. He proposed a balanced right sized plan for my house. He patiently provided and discussed options with me and iterated on my needs until we landed on a solid plan. He was straightforward and honest. Then the work was done quickly and with good quality. The scope for me was whole ductwork replacement. Would definitely recommend.

William came out and checked on my unit in attic. He said issue may be at thermostat. He came downstairs and reset thermostat. He looked outside at unit and said it was very dirty. He cleaned it for me. The temperature dropped from the time he reset thermostat until he left.
