Big kudos to Texton for their excellent support and not giving up on me, with a very "odd" / unique issue that was hard to replicate in the beginning. I have Texton floor to ceiling shades in my condominium. They are about 15 years old and still as nice as the day they were installed. Two of the chain pulleys recently needed repair. I was fortunate enough to speak with the Director of Customer Service; she evaluated the repair with a few pictures via email, and within two days the service team was out and completed the repair.
