Carpet Installation— $10 a yard for carpet installation, labor only.
Hardwood floor Nail Down or Engineered Wood Glue Down— Carpet demo and wood floor installation per sq.ft. If any leveling is needed an additional $20 per leveling bag poured will be applied. Quarter round or shoe mold with reducers Installation labor = $0.75 a linier feet
Hardwood floor Sand & Finish— Price per sq.ft includes all materials to sand and finish flooring. Along with sand papers, wood filler, stains and polyurethane etc, to new shoe mold or quarter round and reducers.
Tile Installation— Carpet demo and tile floor installation labor per sq.ft
Tile or Wood Removal/Demo w/ Disposal— We will demo and haul away all trash for per sq.ft
Vinyl Plank Installation— Carpet demo and floor installation labor per sq.ft. If any leveling is needed an additional $20 per leveling bag poured will be applied. Shoe mold or quarter round and reducers Installation labor = $.075 a linier ft.
Remodeling
Showers & Backsplash installation— For backsplash, showers and tub tile installation per sq.ft
Stair Sand&Finishing— $35 per step to sand and finish. $15 a linear foot for hand rails.

About a year ago this company installed wood floors on 2nd floor of my house; including a stair case with a custom curved first step; if your doing stairs; spend some more and get real wood treads and risers.
I actually forgot to do this review; I am hiring them again today to take out all carpet, and upgrade a long term tenant occupied rental property to hard flooring.

Eduardo and Rosa run an outstanding family business. They’re great people and have my total respect. I had a large area of wood flooring that had a squeak in my upstairs bedroom and they managed to fix it entirely. It went from a loud annoying squeak to silence after they fixed it.
