Beautiful new building in Downtown Houston done by the famous Hines real estate company. Waiting for attractions/restaurants to pop into building. Pretty sure they have a tunnel connection inside.

They give wrong instructions on how to get your passport and the lady is very rude for no reason

Beautiful building in heart of Downtown
Toured with AIA group, visited the key floors.
The relax area on a high floor has a large spectacular outside area & a beautiful interior area too.
Everything developed for today's business needs and a very fine workplace environment. You experience the feeling of stepping into a fine hotel lobby.
New dining on 1st floor opening soon with access to lobby
