I was in the middle of a month and a half long bathroom remodel that was supposed to only last about 7-10 days. It was an endless cycle of communication with my Contractor filled with excuses and "band aid" fixes on my tile. I was very worn down and it seemed to have no end. I am so thankful I found this company. I had a contractor who did substandard tile work, and he refuses to give me a refund.
