Hired them for a few months to service a property on an Airbnb a VRBO. The property comments were great for the property itself just very low due to the low quality of cleaning and communication. Sometimes they wouldn’t do wash the blankets and guests would complain. A guest that had booked for 3 months cancelled due to how bad he found the cleanliness, this was a major loss for me.
