Evan came out to assess a concern with my roof. I'd had 3 other contractors out previously to assess and give me bids and each one wanted to sell me an extensive repair job. Evan is straightforward and doesn't try to convince you to tear your roof off and put on a new one when it's not needed. He's honest with you about the repairs that are needed, is prompt in getting the repairs done, and is easy to talk to and respectful. It feels like he treated my roof the way he would have if it was his own.

I was selling the property, and a new roof came to the forefront of negotiations. The project suddenly became urgent. Texas Legacy completed the job on short notice, and on time. They acted professionally throughout and kept me informed of their progress throughout. I received their warranty as promised at the end of the roof installation. I would happily use their services again.
