I have been very happy with their maintenance and response time. I have always been able to speak with someone at their company when I called regarding questions or service needs. Richard Charles is the rep who covers the maintenance of my rather complicated septic system and he does a great job. He has maintained and repaired the system efficiently and expertly. He is very professional.

Oh my goodness. Firstly, do not trust these 5 star Google reviews. One of them was posted by the owner herself! I would wager the positive reviews were posted by family and friends--not actual customers. We hired Texas Hill Country Construction DBA: DandS GCTX, LLC in June
2020. After months of delays, we were "allowed" to move into our home in December 2020, with a promise to continue work . We have an unfinished bathroom, closet without door, fire hazard due to poor workmanship, rebar sticking out of our new concrete, unfinished sheetrock, unfinished painting, water pipe projecting from a wall
