Our floor suffered significant water damage from a leaky toilet in the restroom. When we called our insurance carrier, they were extremely difficult to deal with, and we struggled to get any progress. The entire process took about eight months to complete.

From the first consultation following a dishwasher leak, to dealing with the loss adjusters to installation of a new floor, Texas Hardwood Flooring was a pleasure to work with and provided a really good quality service. We recently had our original 1940s harwoods refinished by Jesse and his team and we couldn't be happier! We had a spot where an old hearth and floor grate were, and they seamlessly installed new wood to match the old. We can't tell there was any patchwork done. It was installed and stained perfectly! His team was so professional and respectful of our home as we had to move out for a couple of days

My and wife and I finally decided to replace the majority of the carpet in our home. Including stairs. Bryan and his entire crew did an amazing job with the engineered floors we have. ***UPDATES*** It's been a little over a year since our floors were done, and we have LOVED them. We get so many compliments and it's drastically improved the ease of cleaning up the house! Terrible experience with this company. Had to request them back to fix many issues with flooring, stairs, trim. Damaged freezer door and range during demo. Icing on the cake, dishwasher was damaged and had been leaking. Since they put the dishwasher back to hide the damage without leveling the flooring under the dishwasher, the leak was undetected for months and created a huge mold issue. I contac
