Before you sign the contract with these guys review multiple times and ask questions. Also verify the measurements yourself do not take their word. Once the contract is signed you are on hook with them. In my case the backsplash was 5inch they measured it 4inch later it costed me $400 dollar more and 3-4 days of delay on the project.
