I can't say enough good things about Gregg and the Texas Floor Store. Honest, reliable and quality all come to mind when I think of our experience with him and his team. Greg is wonderful to work with and his team does great tile and harwood flooring work!I dont know about the negazitve comment about a car wash incident..... that is obviously about a diffeent business - no one works there by that name that I even know. Greg came out and laid new floors in for our 3-story townhome:

I would love to be able to review this vendor's actual quality of work and service, but after 3 months of trying to get in contact with them, crickets. I've gone by the store which was only open one time and completed a request for quote form with the young lady there. She mentioned I would need to be patient and I said that I would because I was in no hurry, but I didn't realize that she meant

We had Gregg and his team do the carpet and tile in our house a few years ago and then come out and do additional work the following year. Had a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend there work in the Dallas area

We used The Floor Store to redo all the floors in our house ten years ago. They did great work and we’re coming back 10 years later because we had such a great experience the first time. On time, honest, reasonable prices, and attention to detail.

Wow let's hope the owner isn't there because apparently he also owns a car wash and he was there today and really got angry at me for not having my car completely inside the bay I tried to explain why I just needed to spray my back floorboard quickly then use vacuum well he cursed me and threatened me called the cops on me and this car wash is on Gus Thomasson rd by Oates in mesquite across from
