My husband and I are building a home and we were on a desperate search for a particular backsplash that another vendor told us was discontinued. Jim Bryan was very helpful in assisting us with our carpet purchase for our bedroom. He helped pick the appropriate carpet padding that goes with the carpet for max comfort. The scheduling for measurements and installation as well as installation of the carpet were very satisfactory.

Great customer service throughout the sales and install processes. I worked with the Sugar Land showroom sales consultant, and I made him aware of my budget for the project early on. From there, he never tried to get pushy with my numbers and guided based on his knowledge of the products and what we were interested in installing. Luxury Vinyl floors turned out great. All involved worked with me on a 3-phase job, 6 days total. Glad I put this off for ten years or I would have gone with tile (back then). No regrets at all using Texas Floor & Home.

The co. has a wide selection of quality products and the manager was able to work out affordable prices. The store staff are very helpful, courteous and professional. The installers are the opposite. The installer wouldn't vacuum the carpet threads resulting from the installation. Said he did not generate them. My Flooring America installed both my bedroom carpet and the newer vinyl planks throughout the rest of the house a few weeks ago. I am very pleased from my initial visit with the salesman Mark through the installers. Mark was very informative and the installers did an awesome job. They paid close attention to detail, in addition to be courteous and very tidy. I will definitely use this company
