Luis was amazing!! He installed LVP in our 3,200 sq ft home. He was diligent and made sure to address our every concern. Not only did he install our floors, but he built a small closet, closed up a doorway, replaced trim where needed, AND fixed shower tile from a previous sub who screwed up. They just finished a tile flooring project for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. They removed outdated tile and carpet then replaced it with a wood look tile and did a great job. They gave us a very reasonable price, were transparent with the whole process, and were happy to answer any questions we had. They showed up on time every day and were extremely dependable. This is the 2nd time using Texas Custom Flooring and we could not be happier. When we discussed what we were looking for, we settled on a floor from the many samples available. Before we got started, they brought out an additional sample that was even better. The price was very fair, the work was done on time and everything was cleaned up better than when they started. Highly recommended!!!

Luis and his partner did excellent job installing my father's floors. Luis and Mario are professional and provide great customer service. Luis always informed me of what time he would be arriving and what work they would be doing. He does the conscientiously does the work himself and does not contract out his jobs. Luis and Marco did a great job, very professional and came on time as scheduled. I had my living and dining room carpets changed to luxury vinyl and also changed my ceramic tile at the front foyer. My home looks so beautiful now with the upgrade. I highly recommend them! If i could give 10/10 stars i would!

Luis was easy to work with installing our laminate flooring. He showed up on time, worked fast and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Our floors look great and Luis was professional and friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend!
