Good products but service needs improvement. Bought an item online then went to pick it up but people didn't want to answer the phone/evening. So called Inside the store and the phone was ringing while a man had it on his hand but wouldn't answer! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

After arduously trying to order window screen materials from Ace Hardware / Ted’s Borderland Hardware, I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Not once, but twice, the merchandise was delivered damaged, and both times my orders ended up being cancelled.

They were able to cut a duplicate key from a blank key I had purchased online for my Honda Odyssey. I could not find anyone else that could do this on the same day without ordering one and waiting to receive it in the mail in two weeks. Thanks

This store continues to impress! Great selection of products, and they keep adding to their inventory. Unique fishing section complete with a wide selection of Costa and Native sunglasses. Great grilling area and the staff is the friendliest around. Shop local and support small business!!

Love to go to here cause smaller than Home Depot and Lowes, easier to find what I'm looking for, and staff is GREAT, very helpful 💪.

It's to bad that we don't have stores like this,the first thing that I noticed I was greeted and asked me how they could help me to find what I was looking try that at Lowe's or home Depot I looked around everything organized will be back I'm about 17 miles away,keep up the good work
