Tony was great to work with. He answered all of our questions about the carpet we wanted to purchase for our bedroom. The installers were on time and very friendly. We are very pleased!!

Don't waste your time or money at this place!! We used tally Alley when we built our house 3 years ago, after the first year the floor started bubbling up, first in the kitchen, then the laundry room and bathrooms. I contacted tally alley, they had someone come out and check the floor. After months they told me the reason the floor was coming up was due to me mopping to often. Ha! I *might* mop

Great products and unlike big blue and big orange, the sales personnel have decades of experience and actually know how to advise. Watch out at some flooring stores, they do the old change the formula from square yards to square feet. You might be surprised how many make that mathematical error. You will save time, money and mistakes at Talley Alley.

Had a problem with a single plank of our 5 yr old luxury vinyl flooring. Tony got the manufacturer to stand behind their product and make the repair. A+ customer service!

There are less expensive, and with better and friendlier customer service, can be found at most any other carpet place. Go to any one of them.
