The A/C has been repaired and is running good so far. Still a shame this was taken care of so poorly and unprofessional. Still awaiting an email with summary of service for my records.
The buying process was great, and my family has enjoyed the home for a little over a year but... Now that a warranty claim has been input for the A/C not working properly, it has taken more than

I worked with Ryan on several home purchasers. From the very start he made my clients feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable with his product. We hit a couple bumps in the road but he was fast to resolve them and continued to advocate and assist as much as he could. I recommend Ryan!!!!
