I hired Craig Tadlock to do an appraisal on my house for my divorce and refinance. Craig sent me the appraisal about a week later in PDF format along with the paid in full invoice ($500). I tried contacting Craig multiple times via phone, email and through his website with no response. I need a First Generation version of the appraisal for my refinance in order to give my ex his portion of the equ
