They proceeded to insist that insurance pay for unnecessary work and bullied them to the point that the insurance adjuster would not respond. T-Rock helped us when we needed them the most. We had a pipe burst and they immediately showed up and fixed the pipe so we could have running water again. They coordinated everything with our insurance and with the contractors and got us all up and running in a few days. They’re the best and we surely recommend them!
