Worst customer service ever with the Del Rio store. the whole experience was a nightmare trying to buy roofing materials. I do not recommend this business, especially the Del Rio Store. Mistakes, rude personnel make it unbearable. I sent an e-mail to the Ingram store, I wonder if they will reply!

Local lumber yard have to back in or drive in and back out or drive out despite the rain and fog was quickly unloaded expertly! 23 bundles of rebar 48,000 plus pounds in 48 minutes!!!

first time making a delivery to this place they open at 7am and very friendly forklift driver and in less then 10 minutes I got unloaded.. definitely coming back to this place

Love the customer service ! This is where I buy most of my roofing material because of there super speed and accuracy. Delivery is always on time!

It was good, they didn't have what I was looking for but I understand everybody is buying plumbing supplies, it will get fixed!
