The items are quite good, but when it's time to pay, you have to spend 30 extra minutes because they only have one person at the register and they still start chatting with the customers. I generally don't return to the store often, for the same reason when it's time to pay.

Well, I do like their Christmas wrapping selection during Holliday time. I do not find good customer service here. When it says clearance clearance clearance it means a $35 outfit is now $27. Not a good selection of girls clothes in the size we needed. Literally one shirt in my daughters size and no pants. The clothes there are cheaply made too. Multiple sections looked gross, like the makeup area was not clean and disorganized. Waited at the jewelry counter for 20 minutes and I had to go and tell another worker to call someone over there. Came in with a complaint about a worker in jewerly on Tuesday. Skyler was working at the jewerly counter on Mother's day and let me tell you how she made my day. Constantly they only have 2 cashiers, your customers shouldn’t have to wait 20+ mins in line. Legit saw 4 people walk out as soon as they saw the line. Place is constantly loosing business due to lack of customer care.
