Awesome customer focus - kind compassionate, Marci, Mary and Al are a killer combo - I ordered the wrong drywall, they corrected my mistake (Marci and Mary), took the time to educate me (Al) and kept my project on schedule. You cant beat the customer experience they provide. I wont go anywhere else.

Got good fast service. If you haven't delivered they'll actually put it inside the house in the room or apartments I've got a boom truck and a T-Rex so they can even do 3 story high-rise. Highly recommended I have steel and mud insulation three locations in the metroplex so they can get it there quick if you're behind schedule

Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. Just talked to the owner Russel who wouldn’t disclose he was the owner of the business was at first. Told him I had an issue with the texture I bought still having a moldy mildew smell after installing it a month ago. He would not refund me any of my money and on top of that I have to pay 6.5k to repaint the house with killz to remove smell.

Small parking lot if your going there with a trailer you have to back in so they can load you

We love T-5, my Dad and I run a small family business and they’ve taken impeccable care of us for almost 10 years now. Our business wouldn’t be what it is without T-5 :)
