I try really hard to like this store. Good selection and pricing. The customer service needs some help. Some employees are hard working and helpful but others seem lazy and not really willing to help. Do better Sutherlands!

We went to Sutherlands to buy paint and waited in the paint department for assistance, but no one ever came. My husband asked for help, and after waiting, I went to the front to ask if someone could assist also. The employee’s response was, “What do you need? Mixed paint?” When I said yes, she very rudely replied that there was no one available to mix paint that day. There was no apology or effort

total ghost town lol , i only go there to make very small purchases. cause its on my way home if im over in the s side . they the employees the few there are should be actors they are great at acting like they dont see you. lmao the hello u get as u walk in is all a ruse they could care less zero about customer service 🤣🤣🤣🤣 i for the life of me cant understand how they stay open. owner must claim

Had a very good experience. I hope I get this kid’s name right I believe Eloy helped me out very much. He was very kind and knew what he was talking about when I was getting the cabinets. He told me if I needed help loading up just to ask at checkout, so when I check out, I had already intended to load it up myself. He saw me leaving and then he helped me out without me having to ask for help. Ver

People are incompetent, staff has no idea what they are there for, when asking for a particular product I got this response "Well it might be over there", Over where?? Sorry but as a contractor over 20 years in Corpus, I'll take my business elsewhere.

No new plants for fall in nursery area: Only half dead roses and a few purslane.
Pet food area full of rats. They scrambled to the rafters when i walked through. I'd be afraid of them giving my critter some disease.
