My first time going since moving here. It was a pleasant trip. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. And they got everything you can think of. It's not just a hardware store. They have clothes, lawn furniture, shoes, everything! It's like a Ace and a Atwood's together. But with much more reasonable prices than their big box competitors. They will definitely be getting my business for as long

My go to place when I don't feel like driving to Lowe's. This place has pretty much everything you may need for outdoor/indoor home projects.
The main reason I shop here is because the great customer service. Never have I had to wait for help when I have a question and the guys who load in the garden section are amazing! They are always so friendly and helpful.

The prices are what keeps them up to a three star rating. Staff is friendly. Horridly understaffed and slow. I waited 30 minutes to get some lumber loaded while the one fork lift driver was on his lunch break.

We often frequent Sutherlands because it's close to home and many times has the best prices on what we need. Staff are friendly and the store has good selections.

Received THE BEST service by far from Brandon (Clerk). He was very knowledgeable about the various types of wood that I was interested in purchasing. And went out of his way to make me and my husband's experience seamless. We always seem to find what we're looking for there. Kudos on doing great business!

The cashier, who is an adult, was upset because I asked her if a chemical I bought came in powder form. She was rude. They shouldn't be dealing with customers if they don't know about human relations.

I was intentionally cheated out of merchandise I returned by that male assistant manager. I say intentionally because he counted the items himself. He first completed the transaction for correct amount then actually crossed it out and subtracted six items from my total returned items.
