We have been using Superior Pools to service our pool for two years. It's a (somewhat) complicated setup and two other competitor service companies declined to give any sort of cometitive quote for service.
Our service tech, Rocky, is always on the ball, knows his stuff inside and out and has even come afterhours on a weekend to fix an issue as we had an event that evening.

Superior was the fourth company we called to try and solve our mystery leak in our pool. They found multiple leaks and solved them for way less cost than they quoted or what we thought it would take. I wish we had contacted them first.

Brian and Kacey were great to work with. Very communicative and honest people. We had tiles replaced, regrout, skimmers redone, and pavers leveled around the deck area and all were done quickly and professionally! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend Superior to anyone in need of pool service or work.

Used Superior Pools for the first time to handle a Pentair warranty problem . Service was great from office personnel to Rocky in the field. Rocky was outstanding and handled another problem for us.
